To must know that a dull knife has causes of many accidents. To work fast and cut quickly in carrying and kitchen accessories a good and sharp knife is must need in your kitchen shelf.
Many kinds are knife is made in special works. Fishing knife, Whittling knife, Hunting knife, Kitchen knife, Boot knife and much more.
Cleaning Your Knife: Now applying the step by step cleaning process and keep your knife clean and sharp.
Step 1: Firstly you need a towel to clean the knife blade and handle ( Fixed or Folding). Keep the wash in several times in free of water.
Step 2: Then the second step to wash in hot water with the mild shop or any other washing powder or liquid. Washing carefully and properly in a blade and handle in the water.
Step 3: After washing in water using the chemical to washing the blade steel. The knife sinks in two or three minutes in the chemical water.
Step 4: Then wash in a dry towel in smoothly top to bottom. In folding type blade apply in oil or lubricant to make easy to open. Using a dry towel and dry blade are long lasting and keep it sharp.

How To Sharp Kitchen Blade:

Now I described this two kinds of the sharping process step by step:
Sharping Whet Stone: Sharping in a wet stone is the oldest practice. Using Oilstone, Water stone or Aluminum Oxide sharping stone.

Sharping In Electric Sharpener: Electric sharpener is a modern sharping tool. Easily and Comfortably sharp your blade at the little spend of time. Electric sharpeners are good at sharping, Polishing and Creating sharp edge perfectly.
Step 1: Firstly starting the power button of the electric sharpener and get the knife in left hand and place the blade into the port. The blade must be position in 15-20 degrees angle.
Moving slowly handle to blade point both the side are sharing well. Polishing the blade around blade edge.
Step 2: Finally rinse the blade and wash in a dry towel handle to point. Washing three to four times in the whole knife carefully.
